Warren masters Gailes to earn Open spot

Scotland's Marc Warren blew away the field at Glasgow Gailes to top the 143rd Open Championship Final Qualifying - and in turn secure his spot in the field at Hoylake next week.

Warren, who works with putting coach and Harold Swash Putting Director Phil Kenyon, added a superb seven under par 64 to his opening 69 to head the field by two strokes. It will be his second consecutive Open appearance having made his debut in last years Championship at Muirfield.

Alongside Marc, Phil Kenyon will be at Hoylake assisting clients Matthew Baldwin, David Howell and Chris Wood as they prepare for the seasons third major Championship.
