'One to One' instruction is available with all our instructors

An initial 2-hour appointment is recommended which can then be followed by 1-hour sessions. 

All lessons utilise the latest technology including Zen Green Stage, PuttView, GASP Lab video analysis, Quintic Ball Roll Analysis, SAM Puttlab and Forecplate analysis.

The instruction will combine depending on the requirement a combination of in and outdoor coaching. All students will receive post-lesson personalised notes and training plans.

~ Lesson Structure ~

Observation and Data Capture

Duration: 20 minutes
  • High speed video capture using specialist GASP Lab 5 coaching software
  • SAM Puttlab Analysis (measuring putter)
  • Ball roll assessment (ball launch/spin axis)
  • All data collected on straight and breaking putts

Analysis

Duration: 10 minutes
  • Includes biomechanics of set up
  • Assessment of movement dynamics of body and putter
  • Ball roll dynamics (launch, skid and roll)

Practical Training

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Development of blueprint for future training
  • Working through proposed changes
  • Provision of feedback to direct learning
  • Advice on putter fitting / ideal putter specification
  • Practice structure, routines and training aids

Review & Summary

Duration: 15 minutes
  • Overview and comparison of before/after data
  • Personal notes provided
  • Data capture reports included
  • Next steps recommendations
