Stenson retains DP World Tour Championship
Published: 16 December 2014

Henrik Stenson successfully defended a title for the first time in his career with a thrilling victory at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai.

Stenson completed a final round 70 to end the week at sixteen under par, two shots clear of world number one Rory McIlroy and Ryder Cup compatriots Justin Rose and Victor Dubuisson. The victory secures Henrik's second place finish in the 2014 Race to Dubai standings and also moves the Swede up into second in the world rankings - with only McIlroy ahead in both fields.

Congratulations to Henrik and his putting coach Phil Kenyon, here's hoping a first major championship is on the cards in 2015!
