Darren Clarke picked up a new Callie with new SWS (Tour lock weight 150g). I also showed him the Dawn SWS and he took that too. Graeme Storm also picked up a Dawn however with the standard true temper shaft.
The Dawn is a 100 percent CNC milled, cavity-back blade made from the finest 303 Forged stainless steel available. It is a classic shape putter made from the best material and as a result it is also proving to be very popular.
I met up with Henrik Stenson this week, who is playing his first event in Europe since 'The Open' at Turnberry in July. His last outing was the USPGA where he obtained another creditable Top 10 finish in major. This year Henrik has had one of the best performances on aggregate in the majors, which is exactly what he was looking for. Hopefully he can build upon that next season and capture that first major win. Certainly the confidence gained from his performance at 'Sawgrass' when winning the Players Championship will help him.
This week however it was about getting ready to perform on the Gut Larchenhof Course and a win to get back into the 'Race to Dubai', so we spent some time on the practice green in preparation. I think he will be there or there about come the weekend.
I also spent some time this week with Anders Hansen, who asked for some help as he has been strugglin with his putting recently. We assessed him on the SAM Puttlab and a couple of areas showed up, one them being inconsistency with tempo. It's always difficult the day before the start of an event to work on technical things, but hopefully Anders will be able to focus on his tempo this week and start to hole a few more putts.

The next event I will be at will the Dunhill Championship at St Andrews in a few weeks time. A favourite venue of mine.
