Lancashire's Paul Howard captured his first professional victory on the Europro Tour at the 'Paul Lawrie Foundation Granite City Classic' in Scotland.

Paul, who switched to the professional ranks earlier this year, led by one shot heading in to the final round at Newmachar Golf Club. A two-under par 70 took Paul to fifteen under par for the 54 hole event - enough to secure a one stroke lead from Scotland's Paul Shields.

The Southport & Ainsdale attached professional, a student of Swash Putting instructor Mike Kanski, is competing between the Challenge Tour and Europro Tour this season as he strives to attain his playing rights on the European Tour for 2016.

Keep up the great form Paul!
